  The staff of the gym is so unprofessional and impolite. I had really awful experience. My friend transferred his membership to me, and the staff let me go to the gym twice for signing really simple documents. But finally they didn't update my payment method, and made a phone call to me for asking me go to the gym for third time because they thought I didn't pay the fees. When I went to the gym, I was just waiting there for half hour just for the staff setting up, and the staff didn't realise that they didn't update my payment method. Besides, they charged me the late payment fee because they didn't update the payment details. Why don't they change some polite and professional staffs? Or just give them some simple trainings?
